Veho reports 78 markets and 52% of the U.S. population in its June 10, 2026 expansion announcement. Its shipping prices depend on the shipment and booking arrangement. We could not verify a public 2026 fuel percentage or holiday fee: the current surcharge document is password-protected. Those are three different answers, and you need all three before choosing a 3PL that offers Veho.
Veho coverage: 78 markets, with ZIP-level checks still required
Veho's June announcement added Oakland, San Francisco, Sacramento and San Jose and put its network at 78 markets and 52% of the U.S. population. That is the dated carrier-reported footprint, not our independent measurement of delivery performance or a claim that every address in those markets qualifies. Veho's June 10 coverage announcement.
For the operational answer, use Veho's active coverage page, updated September 18, 2026. It links ZIP codes and zones by injection facility and distinguishes active coverage from upcoming additions. What are Veho's shipping rates?
There is no single verified public dollar rate we can responsibly quote for every Veho parcel. Its client terms tie charges to the order form and applicable fees. For an existing Veho account connected through EasyPost, rates are retrieved live for the shipment and account. A generic “starts at” price would leave out the variables that determine your bill. Send the 3PL a small rate-shopping file: origin ZIP, destination ZIP, packed dimensions, weight, ship date and required arrival date. Ask for the complete price and identify which charges are already included. Compare the same parcels against your current carrier—not an average from a different order mix.
There is also a new access route. Veho announced its EasyPost Wallet launch on September 23, 2026, without a separate carrier contract or volume minimum. That does not make every pickup location available. EasyPost's Wallet guide currently limits pickup purchasing to Atlanta, with a 20-shipment minimum and a three-hour minimum pickup window; Los Angeles, Dallas, Philadelphia and Chicago are planned next. Fuel and holiday surcharges: what is confirmed?

The 2026 Surcharges, Ancillary, and Accessorial Fees link is on Veho's client-resources page. We followed it and encountered a password requirement. That is an evidence gap, not evidence that fuel or holiday charges are zero. Ask your 3PL or Veho contact for the current document and the terms that apply to your account. Fuel, seasonal demand and residential fees are separate. “No residential surcharge” does not answer either of the other questions. Do not carry forward a previous year's holiday promotion as a 2026 commitment.
Put coverage and price in the same calculation
Illustrative example—not Veho pricing or measured coverage: Of 1,000 orders, suppose 650 are confirmed eligible at an assumed complete cost of $6 each. The remaining 350 use a fallback carrier at an assumed $8.50. The blended shipping cost is $6,875, or $6.88 per order. If an additional, hypothetical $0.40 seasonal fee applied to the 650 eligible parcels and was not already included, it would add $260. We have not established that Veho charges that fee.
Replace those assumptions with written quotes. Include pickup, induction and any warehouse handling separately unless the quote already includes them. The useful shortlist conclusion is specific: this warehouse, these destination ZIPs, these services, and this complete cost.
